In accordance with Texas law, StrideCare requires written requests for the release of medical records. If you are in need of a copy of your medical records or if you wish to have a copy sent to another physician, we will be happy to prepare them. Please allow 15 business days for records requests to be processed. A fee may be assessed for personal copies.
