About Dr. Handa

Dr. Handa is an experienced podiatrist who is proficient in diagnosing and treating various podiatric conditions. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas. He furthered his education and received his doctorate at Midwestern University, Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine. After earning his doctorate, Dr. Handa completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at HCA Houston Healthcare, Kingwood, with a specialty in Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.

He has extensive knowledge of orthotics, wound care, and biomechanics. Dr. Handa is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

In Dr. Handa’s free time he enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, attending games of Dallas based sports teams, and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys traveling the world with his wife, learning about new cultures, and experiencing new cuisines.
