About Dr. Ilahi
Mohammad-Asad Ilahi, DPM, ABPM of Premier Foot & Ankle, takes passion in treating foot and ankle injuries and is excited to serve and treat at the Plano and McKinney, Texas, locations. He specializes in minimally invasive surgery, ankle sprains (conservative and surgical management), wound care and limb salvage.
Dr. Ilahi received his undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. He then went on and attended the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, where he earned his doctorate in podiatric medicine. Dr. Ilahi completed his three surgical residencies at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he served as Chief Resident. He was also privileged to treat veterans at the Audie Murphy Veteran Hospital in San Antonio.
Dr. Ilahi is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is always actively learning about the latest surgical techniques and has a profound interest in minimally invasive bunion surgery. Also, his extensive training in limb salvage has given him an ability to provide the highest level of care for his wound care patients.
Dr. Ilahi resides in Dallas with his wife, son and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, investing in hyper-growth stocks and forex, and cooking with his wife.
