About Kathy Tran

Kathy Tran, APRN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in vascular and interventional radiology. She began her medical education in 2014 when she received her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. Soon after receiving her undergraduate degree, Kathy started her career as a Registered Nurse at Angels of Care. There, she was responsible for implementing interventions such as stoma care, scheduled G-button feedings, and ongoing assessments. 

After multiple years of gaining experience as a nurse, Kathy reinforced her training and received a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner in December 2023 from Texas Woman’s University. She holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Basic Life Support, and has experience with radiofrequency ablations, VenaSeal, and Varithena procedures.
