About Dr. Farishta
Dr. Farishta received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He continued his education by receiving his master’s degree in biomedical sciences at Rowan University in New Jersey. He then attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, where he graduated with honors as part of the Pi Delta National Podiatric Honor society. Dr. Farishta then went on to complete his residency training in podiatric medicine and surgery with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery at West Houston Medical Center.
Professionally, Dr. Farishta is comprehensively trained in all aspects of podiatry. He has a passion for sports medicine, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, and diabetic limb salvage. Dr. Farishta is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Farishta and his wife live in Prosper. He enjoys watching and playing various sports including football, basketball, and pickleball. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, and watching movies with his wife.
