About Dr. Stein
Jaryd Stein, MD, is a vascular and interventional radiology specialist at StrideCare. He uses cutting-edge technology and highly specialized procedures to improve patients’ lives. Dr. Stein specializes in minimally invasive treatments for vascular disease.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He went on to complete a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Patients with phlebitis, varicose veins, spider veins, leg discoloration, peripheral artery disease, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), chronic venous insufficiency, diabetic vascular disease, uterine fibroids, and more can turn to Dr. Stein and his team for premium, innovative care.
He offers conservative treatments, angioplasty, venous stents, uterine fibroid embolization, sclerotherapy, phlebectomy, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), clot-busters, atherectomy, and numerous other minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Stein works hard to restore each patient’s quality of life and improves the way their legs look and feel.
He maintains his credentials with continuing education to stay up to date with the latest in vascular care. Dr. Stein is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology in diagnostic radiology and was a clinical instructor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He presents at national medical meetings and was voted a Texas Super Doctor numerous times.
Dr. Stein treats each patient as if they were a member of his family. He is minimalistic and conservative with treatments whenever possible.
In his free time, Dr. Stein enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing, traveling, and working on home projects.
